“Action” Homework…

I started taking a photography class a few weeks ago and decided to start sharing some of my “homework pics”

This past week, we learned how to adjust shutter speed to capture motion. I had a lot of fun with this assisgnment.

It just happened to be Mardi Gras Week and there was a fair going on in correlation to it. Shooting the rides was very challenging.  However, I learned to stay focused on one spot, put my cam on continous shooting and hit the button as the cars went whirling through my focus point. I had to use the same concept in trying to capture the beads flying off the floats.

The following are my favorites that I’m submitting..
